THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER GOOD WAYS TO CONNECT AT THE FEAST CHURCH IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET MORE INVOLVED.
Small Groups
We host small groups in homes most weeks that we call “Feast Groups.” While we have different purposes to some groups, we generally meet for the purposes of praying for each other and studying the Bible. Lately we have been using a simple method of study that asks three basic questions. (1) What does this story tell us about God? (2) What does this story tell us about people? (3) How does this story want to make you live differently? We currently have a group that meets in Providence, one that meets in Cumberland, and one that meets on Zoom. For more info use the Contact feature in the menu.
theology chats
Theology chats are meetings where people gather to discuss a topic that is hard to understand or that can cause doubt. Our next Theology Chat will be on November 30th. The topic will be “Culture Wars and Christmas” where we try to unpack why so much fighting happens around the holiday season between Christians and those arguing for a more secular holiday season. Is there a better way forward in that discussion?
YOUTH GROUP
If you have a student in middle or high school that would like to go on a youth group outing, we’d love to have them! Contact us through the website and we will connect you with the Shepherds who help run our Youth Group right now.
